Quality control is integrated throughout the manufacturing process rather than being limited to final inspection alone.Through defined production workflows and process control, we continuously monitor and manage components from raw material intake to final shipment.
A stable material supply system, reliable machining equipment and standardized production management procedures allow raw materials to move through the workshop in an organized and traceable manner according to production schedules.
During machining, particular attention is given to surface condition and dimensional variation. Through routine measurement and in-process inspection, critical dimensions and machining quality are continuously verified throughout production.
At the same time, machining time records and production data are collected for future process optimization and more accurate lead time evaluation, helping maintain a stable and predictable manufacturing process over long-term operation.
