Before mass production, prototype samples can be produced according to drawings or physical samples to verify structural design, dimensions and machining feasibility. At the sample stage, priority is placed on quickly achieving structural validation and control of critical dimensions. Certain surface finishes or minor details may differ from the final production version due to considerations of cost and machining efficiency. These differences will be optimized and confirmed before entering mass production.Outsourced Processing
